Created attachment 1912934 [details] Validations Framework logs Description of problem: Validation fails due to disagreement between sample and current configuration files. The cloud is otherwise stable, but it is possible that there is a real issue to be found that the validation is pointing towards. Oslo expertise is needed to resolve the issue. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): How reproducible: Steps to Reproduce: 1.Execute oslo_config_validator 2. 3. Actual results: Validation fails Additional info: Originally reported by @jlarriba as part of composite bug[0] which was split into separate issues to make it more manageable [0]https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2127434
Sure. Apart from the Cinder, we have analogous failures for Neutron, heat, nova, placement, glance-api, glance-cache and glance-image-import. All of them with the same error. "Error: must set volume destination" I assume it's caused by same change in the default configs, as it hit all components. Complete logs are attached to the bugzilla. The validation log itself is in file "3b528ed1-943e-4c50-a64c-a97dac9efd21_oslo-config-validator_2022-09-16T08:41:19.725353Z.json" on top level of the archive. Other files are for other validations executed and are not relevant for this case.
