Pcre has been deprecated since Fedora 38.
Please consider porting to the new pcre2 version.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora Linux 38 development cycle.
Changing version to 38.

This has been fixed in Rawhide/F39 with the go1.21rc3 build
