Regressions:
 * The ability to update the cloud to the most recent releases of packages and containers
 * No control plane or data plane interruption during the update process
 * ML2-OVS & ML2-OVN as network back-ends must be tested
 * Ceph must be tested as a storage back-end
 * Update from any source z-stream

This might be problematic on the long run if multiple 17.0.z are maintained. We reserve the right in the future to revisit which z-stream source versions will be supported, and drop support of older updates in case they're too challenging.
