journalctl kernel log

1. Please describe the problem:

When I lock and then try to unlock my laptop login page start to flicker turn off (black) -> red shift -> normal screen in cca 1 sec intervals.
Also bottom line of laptop screen behave with latency.

    product: 20XXS3HC2F (LENOVO_MT_20XX_BU_Think_FM_ThinkPad X1 Carbon Gen 9)
    vendor: LENOVO
version: ThinkPad X1 Carbon Gen 9

2. What is the Version-Release number of the kernel:

kernel-5.19.11-200.fc36 & kernel-5.19.12-200.fc36

3. Did it work previously in Fedora? If so, what kernel version did the issue
*first* appear? Old kernels are available for download at
   https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/packageinfo?packageID=8 :

It's okay on version 'kernel-5.19.8-200.fc36'

4. Can you reproduce this issue? If so, please provide the steps to reproduce
   the issue below:

Updating on mentioned version -> lock screen -> let it go black -> then try to unlock it.

5. Does this problem occur with the latest Rawhide kernel? To install the
Rawhide kernel, run ``sudo dnf install fedora-repos-rawhide`` followed by
   ``sudo dnf update --enablerepo=rawhide kernel``:

Did not test it.

6. Are you running any modules that not shipped with directly Fedora's kernel?:

No. Basic distro with Gnome 42 and X11 window system.

7. Please attach the kernel logs. You can get the complete kernel log
   for a boot with ``journalctl --no-hostname -k > dmesg.txt``. If the
issue occurred on a previous boot, use the journalctl ``-b`` flag.

This is likely the same issue as bug 2130699.

The LCD panel issue should be fixed in 5.19.13, which was just released and will hopefully hit Fedora's updates-testing soon.
