Hi Guohua, isn't this BZ a duplicate of https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2106179? Thanks

There are a bit difference: 1. bug 2106179 is only about the label, the boot source is actually available (exist in 4.11 and 4.12) 2. this bug is about the boot source is not available (only exist in 4.12) bug 2106179 should be fixed along with this bug, let me close it.

I will retest this after bz https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2130509 is verified.
Retested it, the issue still happened on the latest build.
Reopen the issue as the problem is still showing on latest 4.12/4.13
Close the bug as could not reproduce it on 4.14.
