rust-vmm-sys-util-0.11.1 has landed in both Rawhide and F37

Thanks for the quick fix! Yes, that was what I was thinking as well. Worked on the builds in an f38 = rawhide side tag, the branch point happened, the builds were only merged to f38 != rawhide ...
