The upstream project has finally renamed, to pyproject-hooks: https://discuss.python.org/t/pep517-is-now-pyproject-hooks/21275 The Fedora package should follow.
Blockers: python-build (buildtime and runtime, presumably already converted upstream) The rest is build (test?) only: python-check-manifest python-nashpy python-niaclass python-poetry-core python-sklearn-nature-inspired-algorithms
The new package is already available, and can be installed at the same time as the old package.
This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora Linux 38 development cycle. Changing version to 38.
