Please branch and build python-autobahn in epel9 - needed for paraview. If you do not wish to maintain python-autobahn in epel9, or do not think you will be able to do this in a timely manner, the EPEL Packagers SIG would be happy to be a co-maintainer of the package; please add the epel-packagers-sig group through https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/python-autobahn/addgroup and grant it commit access, or collaborator access on epel* branches. I would also be happy to be a co-maintainer (FAS: orion).
- I created the branch and gave collaborator access to EPEL packagers SIG. - I merge rawhide into epel9 and push the result. - When I tried to do a build (https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=95975682), it failed because some dependencies don't exist yet in EPEL: No matching package to install: 'python3dist(argon2-cffi)' No matching package to install: 'python3dist(cbor2)' No matching package to install: 'python3dist(hyperlink)' No matching package to install: 'python3dist(twisted)' No matching package to install: 'python3dist(txaio)' Not all dependencies satisfied Error: Some packages could not be found. I made the branch request for txaio (I'm the maintainer) and submitted the package to EPEL (https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-EPEL-2023-45ec018436). I also gave collaborator access to EPEL packagers SIG. Can you see with other maintainers for other dependencies?
FEDORA-EPEL-2023-02fdd9f373 has been submitted as an update to Fedora EPEL 9. https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-EPEL-2023-02fdd9f373
I just built autobahn for EPEL and created the update. Beware thought: the `attrs` package is EPEL is outdated and despite what it states [here](https://github.com/crossbario/autobahn-python/blob/master/setup.py#L49) it is not compatible with attrs 20, only versions 21 and above. Since it's an optional requirement for twisted, it shouldn't be a big deal and everything should work fine. Let me know if there is a problem.
