.Flicker no longer occurs on the Host page Previously, the host page would flicker after 5 seconds if there were more than 1 hosts, causing a bad user experience. With this fix, the API is optimized to load the page normally and the flicker no longer occurs.

Description of problem:

The "Hosts" page under "Cluster" flickers every time there is a automatic refresh done by the refresh button.

Steps to Reproduce:
===================
1. Deploy a RHCS 6.0 cluster with Dashboard enabled 
2. Navigate to "Cluster" >> "Hosts"
3. Stay on the "Hosts" page and observe the behavior.


Actual results:
===============
The "Hosts" page flickers (please check the attachment).


Expected results:
=================
The "Hosts" page should not flicker
