There was a small patch needed to compile this for EPEL9. Packages are available in veltsov/grace COPR repository. Hopefully it can be integrated to EPEL.

I added the patch and updated spec file as attachments. I have no idea why earlier RHEL versions and later Fedora accept those braces, but RHEL9 does not.
