Please branch and build grace in epel9.
It needs fftw2-devel and xbae-devel added epel9 first:

There was not much happening here. So if anybody is still interested in Grace for RHEL9, packages are available in veltsov/grace COPR repository. (dnf copr enable veltsov/grace; dnf install grace).
