Package python-build fails to build from source in Fedora Rawhide.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
0.10.0-1.fc38

Steps to Reproduce:
koji build --scratch f39 python-build-0.10.0-1.fc38.src.rpm

I'm not able to fix it yet so I reported it upstream for now: https://github.com/pypa/build/issues/587

Builds fine in rawhide now.
