Description of problem:
In order to build pidgin for EPEL 9, we need avahi-glib-devel available at build-time in CRB 9. Please add avahi-glib-devel to CRB 9 for this.

While it might maybe be possible to actually build pidgin without avahi support, a fully featured pidgin is still our desired result.
