The issue with compute livemigration in TLS setups where cyrus-sasl cannot read the auth db because of gnudb vs berklydb

Can we re-run this job using this patch:
https://review.opendev.org/c/openstack/tripleo-common/+/887503

That will change the nova_libvirt puppet container to use the nova-libvirt container instead of nova-compute. Not idea why it was ever using nova-compute, but it's been that way for like 4 years. So, I guess we're just uncovering this issue because of some recent RHEL8 v 9 issue.
