Description of problem:
Package python-dns fails to build from source in Fedora Rawhide.

Problem: nothing provides requested (python3dist(cryptography) < 40~~ with python3dist(cryptography) >= 2.6)

This blocks the Python 3.12 rebuild. It also happens when built --without={trio,curio,doh}.
