As the package version (20050219) already says, these man pages are terribly outdated and no longer worth to be published. The manpages-l10n project [1] is already working on importing the old files and merging with up-to-date translation templates. Although their current release 4.20.0 have Korean still disabled for installation, it would be a good idea to retire the man-pages-ko package. I think I am okay to retire the man-pages-ko package later, if the Korean man pages is available in manpages-l10n upstream.
OK, the next upstream release is scheduled around december 5, so let's wait for the time being.
Will the Korean translations be ready to be installed in the next upstream release?
I've just enabled it. We expect to roll out v4.21 next days.
man-pages-ko package has been retired now and its now available as sub-package by man-pages-l10n package
