Red Hat Satellite engineering is moving the tracking of its product development work on Satellite to Red Hat Jira (issues.redhat.com). Individual Bugzilla bugs that are migrated will be moved to status "CLOSED", resolution "MIGRATED", and set with "MigratedToJIRA" in "Keywords". The link to the successor Jira issue will be found under "Links", have a little "two-footprint" icon next to it, and direct you to the "Satellite project" in Red Hat Jira (issue links are of type "https://issues.redhat.com/browse/SAT-XXXX", where "X" is a digit). This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

Description of problem:

It was discovered that the tripleO client does not try to paginate the tag listing API endpoint of a container registry (https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2239169). The workaround is to change Pulp's PAGE_SIZE.  It may take a while to see the issue fixed in tripleO, so this BZ is being created in hopes that Satellite can be quicker to deliver a workaround 

While this immediate workaround is the driver of the BZ, it may be helpful it other places to be able to increase the PAGE_SIZE. If you're consistently listing tags for container images with many tags, it might be more efficient to bump this PAGE_SIZE up.
