As mentioned in https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2241989 spec is correct, but update to go2rpm-1.11.0 template before importing. Version 1.12 has been released and has a new dependency. It seems to be required by new fortio releases, so you'll need to update this.
