fixed for OCP 4.15 and ODF 4.15 (PR already merged as part of 4.15 feature freeze), need to fix for ODF 4.14 compatibility branch as well.

RDT not it needed... this BZ is for ODF 4.15 which is not GAed, and issue is fixed as well, so we are good...
I tested with OCP 4.15.0-0.nightly-2024-01-17-011118, ODF 4.15.0-120.stable. Ceph blockpool page is visible without any issues.
