Moving the bug to 4.14.4 as we are doing a quick 4.14.3 to include a critical fix at RGW (2254303) before to shutdown
I checked with OCP 4.14.6 and ODF 4.14.4-4. The list of existing Backing stores is visible, Create new backing store button is also visible and functional. I'm attaching the screenshots.

Hi Elena, We need to test this on OCP 4.15, this issue is not present for OCP 4.14, relevant versions are: OCP 4.15 + ODF 4.15 (https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2254330) OCP 4.15 + ODF 4.14 (this particular BZ)

Am I right? I will ask someone to test this again with OCP 4.15 and ODF 4.14
