.MDS Resident Segment Size RSS) performance counter is tracked with a higher priority
With this enhancement, the MDS Resident Segment Size (or RSS) performance counter is tracked with a higher priority to allow callers to consume its value to generate useful warnings. This allows Rook to identify the MDS RSS size and act accordingly.

> ceph daemonperf mds.<id>
and see if `rss` field shows up in mds_mem section.
