.System raw capacity card not showing external mode StorageSystem Previously, the System raw capacity card did not display Ceph external StorageSystem as the Multicloud Object Gateway (MCG) standalone and Ceph external StorageSystems were filtered out from the card. With this fix, only the StorageSystems that do no report the total capacity as per the information reported by the `odf_system_raw_capacity_total_bytes` metric is filtered out. As a result, any StorageSystem that reports the total raw capacity is displayed on the System raw capacity card and only the StorageSystems that do not report the total capacity is not displayed in the card.

Description Sanjal Katiyar 2024-01-09 16:34:54 UTC
Description of problem (please be detailed as possible and provide log
snippests):
"System raw capacity" card on ODF "Overview" dashboard is not listing external mode StorageSystem.

Version of all relevant components (if applicable):

Does this issue impact your ability to continue to work with the product
(please explain in detail what is the user impact)?

Is there any workaround available to the best of your knowledge?

Rate from 1 - 5 the complexity of the scenario you performed that caused this
bug (1 - very simple, 5 - very complex)?

Can this issue reproducible?
Yes

Can this issue reproduce from the UI?
Yes

If this is a regression, please provide more details to justify this:
Yes, happened due to changes introduced by https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2185042 as per which this card filtered out NooBaa and External Ceph StorageSystems (only NooBaa Standalone needed to be filtered out, not the External Ceph).

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create external mode RHCS StorageSystem.
2. Storage > Data Foundation > Overview
3. "System raw capacity" card.

Actual results:
Card does not list external RHCS StorageSystem.

Expected results:
Card should list external RHCS StorageSystem.

this is under discussion (to make sure if it is indeed a bug or not), adding conditional_ack for now... will update accordingly...
