Please fix hugo at your earliest convenience and set the bug's status to
ASSIGNED when you start fixing it. If the bug remains in NEW state for 8 weeks,
hugo will be orphaned. Before branching of Fedora 41,
hugo will be retired, if it still fails to build.

I am working on building a newer version of Hugo, which will fix this. The new version drew in a number of dependencies, with the last being https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2256309.
