Description of problem: openjpeg 1 is not used for any package we should move openjpeg2 to openjpeg , dropping openjpeg 1 and avoid confusions in packaging

I have no problem with openjpeg2 moving to openjpeg. I’ll try and get back to consolidating the CVE fixes for OpenPOWER between Fedora and others (including Amazon Linux 2, as there’s a handful more there) at some point soon.

openjpeg2 still needs to be retired.
since we obsoletes and provides openjpeg2 [1], it is safe retired openjpeg2 [1] Obsoletes: openjpeg2-devel < 2.5.2-2 Provides: openjpeg2-devel = %{version}-%{release} Obsoletes: openjpeg2 < 2.5.2-2 Provides: openjpeg2 = %{version}-%{release}
Hi, I never mention but this a rename process (rename openjpeg2 to openjpeg) and we followed [1], now we are in last step which is retirement on openjeg2 [2] . I think we just need to check if package is marked as blocked in koji and it is !
