Please branch and build python-pygraphviz in epel10.
I won't do it myself, but the epel sig is a comaintainer.

https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/python-pygraphviz/pull-request/8 drops the pytest-cov dependency
I have submitted https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/python-pygraphviz/pull-request/9 to drop the doc dependencies, as these dependencies still requires lots of dependencies not yet present in EPEL 10, and we are not sure all the sphinx packages ever will exists in EPEL 10.
To speed things up, I requested the epel10 branch and started a build with PR#9.
The build is green on EPEL 10: https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=2610244 So now the only missing piece is a Fedora update containing this build to ship the package to users.
