This package is used at least by `python-humanize`, which is required by `copr-cli`, which we'd like to add to EPEL10: https://github.com/fedora-copr/copr/issues/3427

Looks like this is missing: 'python3dist(coveralls)' and 'python3dist(pytest-cov)'

But... we can just not run coverage tests (no real need).
