Hi, Please branch and build qpid-proton in epel10. One of the subpackages of koji has a dependency on python3-qpid-proton provided by this package. See https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2168181 where a similar issue happened already in EPEL 9. I have tried a local "fedpkg mockbuild --mock-config centos-stream+epel-10-x86_64" from an "epel10" branch created ouf of the rawhide branch and it builds fine, so this won't require any new dependency not already branched for EPEL 10. Cheers, Romain
It seems there was a successful build for EPEL 10 (https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=126232432) made by @Hirotaka Wakabayashi, but not yet an actual EPEL 10 release (as I see no new update here https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/?packages=qpid-proton)
@Hirotaka Wakabayashi Can you actually submit the new package for EPEL 10 (and maybe 9) ? It seems you just attempted a build, but not a real package update/release.
This is a dependency of python3-koji-hub-plugins, and is blocking the initial koji update from going to EPEL 10 stable.
Hello Carl, Sorry for waiting. I will release the package with latest version today!
