Description of problem:
The Red Hat Hardware Catalog, Advanced Search at
https://hardware.redhat.com/hwcert/query.cgi is not working right. For
example, try the following:

Select Version 4
Select Certified and Compatible
Select Desktop/Workstation
Type Dell for the Vendor
Search.

You'll see lots of Make: PowerEdge, Category: Server in the list, but
you were not searching for Servers.
