Description Michael 2025-04-01 16:52:35 UTC
Description of problem:
SELinux is preventing sadc from 'getattr' accesses on the directory /proc/pressure.

***** Plugin catchall (100. confidence) suggests **************************

If you believe that sadc should be allowed getattr access on the pressure directory by default.
Then you should report this as a bug.
You can generate a local policy module to allow this access.
Do
allow this access for now by executing:
# ausearch -c 'sadc' --raw | audit2allow -M my-sadc
# semodule -X 300 -i my-sadc.pp

Comment 3 Laurent Rineau 2025-04-02 09:45:19 UTC
Happened to me, too. I was not doing anything particular. I think my machine was quiet loaded at the moment the SELinux-troubleshooter popped up, and that may explain why /proc/pressure was read.
