genisoimage appears to be present in EPEL 10.1, but not EPEL 10.0. I am requesting that is is made available in 10.0 as it previously existed in EPEL 9.

genisoimage is a sub-package of cdrkit, I am moving this the correct package, and changing the title.

At the time that I created cdrkit, not all of it's runtime dependencies were in epel10.0
