Would you please branch and build jack-audio-connection-kit for epel 10.

This is needed for Mythtv in rpmfusion.

If the maintainer is unwilling or unable, I will be glad to the work.

There's no need. Please use pipewire-jack-audio-connection-kit-devel in BuildRequires: instead.
