Description of problem:
The kernel panics on boot up. Adding the kernel param maxcpus=1 resolves this
issue. See attached for the boot log.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
2.6.21-1.3116.fc7 -- similar problems on the test 3/4 livecd versions too.
