Update to support centralized authentication server - this is a 4.x version of
the 5.1 bug 239055. Since 5.x has a rewritten authconfig, the options for
getting this into 4.x are:

1) Separately change the 4.x code base from the 5.x code base.
2) Rebase the 4.x tool to the 5.x tool
3) Provide this functionality in a separate tool for 4.x

This request was evaluated by Red Hat Product Management for inclusion in a Red
Hat Enterprise Linux maintenance release.  Product Management has requested
further review of this request by Red Hat Engineering, for potential
inclusion in a Red Hat Enterprise Linux Update release for currently deployed
products.  This request is not yet committed for inclusion in an Update
release.

This request was previously evaluated by Red Hat Product Management
for inclusion in the current Red Hat Enterprise Linux release, but
Red Hat was unable to resolve it in time.  This request will be
reviewed for a future Red Hat Enterprise Linux release.
