Description of problem:

The simulations are currently disabled in EPEL 9 (Blender 1:3.3.21-1.el9). It is displayed "Build without Fluid modifier".


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Blender
2. Select default cube
3. From menu select: Object -> Quick Effects -> Smoke

Actual results:
"Build without Fluid modifier" is displayed.


Expected results:
 Smoke is displayed. After hit Play, the simulation is performed.


Additional info:

Thr Mantaflow module is responsible for simulations. The CMake with library dependencies are there: https://projects.blender.org/blender/blender/src/branch/main/extern/mantaflow/CMakeLists.txt

This package has changed maintainer in Fedora. Reassigning to the new maintainer of this component.

After applying patch from bug report:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2428706
the issue is resolved (fluid simulation is working perfectly fine).

With release https://packages.fedoraproject.org/pkgs/blender/blender/epel-9.html the issue was fixed. It could be closed.
