Description of problem:
Yum reports that the tkcvs-8.0.4-2.fc7 RPM is not signed.

tkcvs-8.0.4-2.fc7

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Yum install tkcvs
2.

Actual results:
Yum reports the RPM is not signed.

Expected results:
Yum installs the RPM.

This is a known issue. It will take a little time for the packages to be signed
and make to the mirrors.

Reopening this bug since it's still not fixed. 
  Since this bug blocks yum from updating a system, with far-reaching
consequences for system security, I believe it can not wait for the next release
(Fedora 8?!?!?) Adjusting priority and severity accordingly.

Feel free to close it as a duplicate of Bug 242336 though
