Description of problem:

The curses module in Python-2.5 handles UTF-8 more gracefully if linked with
ncursesw. For more information, see:

Hi all,

I've reported this same issue this morning in #fedora-python and they told me to
open a wishlist bug report, but as I can see, I'm not the only one here.

This is also related to bug #250782.

Please, fix this before F8, as it's quite easy.
