Description of problem:
Information panel has disappeared

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
dolphin-26.04.1-1.fc44.x86_64

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Try to open the information panel with the Show Panels menu or F11

Actual results: 
The info panel does not appear

Expected results:
The info panel should appear with F11 or the show panel menu

Сonfirm this.
There is also no "Show item information on hover" option, and a popup message with object properties does not work when hovering over it. I had to roll back to version 26.04.0.
