the numeric keypad (no matter what the state of NUM-LOCK) does not produce
numbers during installation

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. run installer
2. choose generic 105 keys UK keyboard
3. try to enter a number on the numeric keypad
4. toggle NUM-LOCK
5. try entering a number again
	

Actual Results:  no numbers generated by the numeric keypad

Expected Results:  ability to enter numbers when NUM-LOCK is lit
