beecrypt should be ported to use NSS library for cryptography.

Heh, port a lowlevel cryptography library to use another cryptography library, I
think not... :) The main user of beecrypt is rpm (just a couple of other users),
so once bug #348131 is completed, beecrypt is largely unneeded.
