Description of problem:
in Tools(menu)/AutocorrectTool/ there is the lack of the Auto-replacement tool. 

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
OOo 2.3.0-6.7.fc8

How reproducible:
It's a situation not exactly an error to reproduce. however, in the Help Menu
there are all the indication to activate the replacement tab, but it refer to
/Tools/AutocorrectTool/Options, and ask to activate the Replacement Tab option
that it's missing too.
