Description of problem:
Please rebuild mISDN for EPEL 4 and 5

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
mISDN-1.1.5-1

Actual results:
No mISDN in EPEL 4 and 5

Expected results:
Package mISDN in EPEL 4 and 5

Additional info:
Please let me know, when you're not interested in maintaining the package 
there. The package seems to build (and work) on EPEL:

mISDN is already available in EPEL 5.  I currently have no plans to build on EPEL 4.

Urgs, I overlooked it in EPEL 5 - sorry. What does you prevent from building 
mISDN in EPEL 4?
