Description of problem:
rshd is not pulling down environment variables as listed in
/etc/security/pam_env.conf

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
netkit-rsh 0.17.x

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.add env to /etc/security/pam_env.conf
2.rsh <server> env
3.
  
Actual results:
specified environment variables are not set

Expected results:
environment variables set

Taking back my decision, we should use netkit-rsh-0.17-pam_env.patch from
rawhide (previous patch caused memory leak)

This request was evaluated by Red Hat Product Management for
inclusion, but this component is not scheduled to be updated in
the current Red Hat Enterprise Linux release. If you would like
this request to be reviewed for the next minor release, ask your
support representative to set the next rhel-x.y flag to "?".
