Description of problem:
rshd is not pulling down environment variables as listed in

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
netkit-rsh 0.17.x

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1.add env to /etc/security/pam_env.conf
2.rsh <server> env
Actual results:
specified environment variables are not set

Expected results:
environment variables set

Patch from rawhide (netkit-rsh-0.17-pam_env.patch) should be used instead
