Description of problem:
The standard header "stropts.h" is no longer found in glibc-headers

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
glibc-headers-2.7.90-13


How reproducible:
Always


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Update to the latest glibc-headers in rawhide

Actual results: stropts.h is removed from the system


Expected results: It should still be present as it is a POSIX header
