The nfs-utils package contains a symbolic link
/usr/share/man/man8/rpc.rquotad.8.gz, pointing at "rquotad.8.gz", but the
latter is (I believe) in the "quota" package, not in "nfs-utils", which
means that if you don't install the "quota" package, there's a dangling
man-page link and you get this E-mail every week:

  /etc/cron.weekly/makewhatis.cron:

The man page and the link to it should be in the same package.
