Description of problem: Po4a build for perl 5.8.8
Changing version to '9' as part of upcoming Fedora 9 GA. More information and reason for this action is here: http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/BugZappers/HouseKeeping
The cause for this bug having made it into FC9 is the *.spec file lacking this line: Requires: perl(:MODULE_COMPAT_%(eval "`%{__perl} -V:version`"; echo $version))
Axel, I tried to fix this issue in CVS. Local mockbuilds work out fine, but building fails in koji: http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/getfile?taskID=624049&name=build.log Seems to me as if mock or rpm is f***ed up for FC10/rawhide :/
(In reply to comment #3) > Seems to me as if mock or rpm is f***ed up for FC10/rawhide :/ If rpm has indeed changed that way there will be tons of packages affected. So it will probably be reverted or if not there will be some fedora-devel-announcement.
