Description of problem:
'/usr/share/omf/control-center' folder should be owned by
/usr/share/omf/control-center package.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
control-center-2.22.1-4.fc9

Steps to Reproduce:
1. rpm -qf /usr/share/omf/control-center
2. rpm -qf /usr/share/omf/control-center/*

This is a bug in /usr/lib/rpm/find-lang.sh
