Description of problem:
ipt_iprange not loading, -m iprange not working.  

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
1.4.0-4.fc9

How reproducible: 
Use a statement in iptables similar to 
$IPTABLES -A FORWARD -m iprange --src-range 192.168.1.230-192.168.1.251  -d 
$W2003J1 -j ACCEPT
