This file will not rebuild on RHEL 4.7:

infiniband-diags-1.3.6-1.el4.src.rpm

It stalls forever with the text:

./Makefile.am

Development has reviewed this issue for inclusion in RHEL 4.9 and has declined the request.  Nigel try using an earlier RHEL 4 release as your build environment when building the RHEL 4.7 diag package.

Closing out the request as wontfix.
