Description of problem:
As a result of bug 449777, 'logger' was relocated from /usr/bin/ to /bin/ in
util-linux-2.13-0.48.el5.  In order to maintain consistency, need to link /bin/logger -> /usr/bin/logger.  Of particular note is the fact that redhat-lsb requires /usr/bin/logger.  I'm sure there are other scripts and whatnot our customers have which contain absolute path calls to logger.

Fixed in util-linux-2.13-0.49.el5. I think we needn't new ACKs.. I have committed the the bugfix as "Related: 449777".
